Refund Policy

If the Playbook isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of the date on your order confirmation.
2. Send it from the email address you used at checkout, or include that address and your order number.
3. We'll confirm by email once the refund is issued.

You're welcome to tell us what didn't work for you, since it helps us improve the guide, but you don't have to.

When you'll get your money back

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Most banks and card issuers show the credit within 5 to 10 business days of when we issue it.

After 7 days

Because the Playbook is a digital download that's delivered right away, purchases are final after the 7-day window.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, email us at any time and we'll fix it.
